Getting more expensive with less value asyears gobye.Sad, that profit outweighs customer service. Soon they will have the customers stocking the shelves prior tochecking and loading their own products. Full service distribution center athing ofthe past. Their recent notice ofstore closures was uneventful and served toannihilate mefrom continuing patronage.

Extremely Poor service atcheckout. Ignore you like you aren't even standing there. Ask tospeak with Manager she's gives methe hang onfinger. About the third time this month that has happened tome personally. Thought about getting amembership here, nothanks.. I'll just goto Costco. Terrible.

I was sodisappointed inthe handling ofa situation atthe Sam's Club inRaymore yesterday afternoon. Icalled the store this morning at10:00amand requested acall back from amanager toget their take onthe issue. Iwas told someone would give mea call. Itis now2:00and Istill have not heard from anyone.
While Iwas shopping yesterday Iwas walking down the main aisle when Ilooked over tomy left and noticed aman sitting onone ofthe display sofas with his pants down and hewas fo
ndling himself. Istopped and told myhusband, hequickly went tothe front ofthe store and notified someone. The employee came back and looked then promptly turned back around, Iassumed toget someone else. Hecame back quickly with additional help while myhusband was waiting inthe aisle with the creep. Itwas myhusband who told the guy topull uphis pants. Myhusband told the employees, “Call the police, Iwill beglad tobe awitness orto sign anaffidavit ifneedbe.” Towhich they replied “No, weare not going tocall the police.” They walked the guy out the door and that was the end ofthat.That iswhat isso frustrating tome. Why allow someone who isdoing that inthe middle ofthe store with children around tojust walkout? There were several customers who also saw itand thought itwas being taken careof. Was hea club member? Did they even get his name? Ishe band from coming back tothe store? Did they wash the sofa? Because Idid not see them doany ofthose things. Seriously, this ishow creeps like this get their thrills and now hehas noconsequences tohis actions.

Every time Ihave been tothis store Ihave always encountered arude employee. Mymost recent visit was for afamily who just lost their youngestson. Wewent topurchase food for the family tonot have toworry about meals for the next week orso. Wesee along line toget out the door and Iremembered the muffins for breakfast. Isent myhusband out tothe car with our two youngest littles and Itook myolder son and did the scan and gowith the muffins. Iget upto the line toget out and the lady scanning receipts the door tells usshe’s done scanning and togo tothe other line! Then aswe get tothe front ofthe next line another person comes over tostart scanning receipts from the back ofthe line.
We have had the worst customer experience here and will not bereturning but going toother locations. This one isjust closer toour home.… – show00
