After entering the treatment room, I waited about 45 minutes before the doctor entered the room. I asked if she had an emergency to attend to. She said she had several new patients to attend to and I understood that because I remembered when I was a new patient that she had spent quite a bit of time with me to get to know me and about my health and past medical concerns and treatment.

Dr. Jones and her staff were amazing! This is the first time in 29 years I feel like I have a doctor that sees me and hears me. She was very thorough and educated me on things I didn't even think about. I am beyond happy with my experience and to have found my PCP.

The only area of improvement that I would note, which may be more of a staff issue, is that the messages sent through MyChart are generally not responded to within 24 hours as it indicates. And so sometimes I have not received a response to my inquiries on MyChart for a number of days, if at all. Thank you.

Receptionist wasn't welcoming- she appeared to not want to be there

Office staff could listen more and respond in a timely manner when obtaining/ making appointments. Complete the process of returning/sending paperwork to appropriate places like FMLA or the Standard. Need a more efficient office manager. Last visit one staff member was wearing "ear buds" and conversing on the phone engaged in a personal conversation while drawing my labs! Unprofessional! This experience was good, but staff needs to " foam in and out" before examining their patients.

The attending Medical Assistant was very conscious when taking my vitals and giving me my flu shot. I didn't feel any pain and she made sure I saw results of my vials before recording.

The med tech left the computer screen open when she brought me into the room and it had patient information on it...my guess is she did not close/complete visit after the last patient. She completed the visit and closed out and then went into my chart. Everyone else made sure the computer was locked when they finished

Dr. Jones is great. Your prices for routine services like X-rays are outrageous. I got an estimate of almost $600 for a lumbar X-ray at Prisma. I went to a stand-alone radiology facility the same day and paid less than $80.

Dr. Jaqui Jones is the finest primary care doctor I have ever been a patient of. 40+ yrs of being a military dependent and being seen on and off base in numerous states by quite a few doctors, Dr. Jones is hands down the best!!! If she could only be cloned!

Front staff needs some help. Need someone to be able to answer billing questions if I have one. Explain why and why they require certain things and some don't have too. Need more clarification from staff members.
